When it comes to K-pop idols turned fashion figures, one name comes up a lot: Felix from the group Stray Kids. Between his high-profile appearances at Louis Vuitton’s Croisière 2026 fashion show and his runway appearance for the company’s Autumn-Winter 2025-2026 show, he is gradually establishing himself as a veritable style icon. But it would be simplistic to focus solely on him: Stray Kids is not just one talent, but eight new-gen icons.
Stray Kids came into existence in 2017 through the eponymous reality show created by JYP Entertainment. At the time, the group had nine members: Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, I.N, and Woojin, who left the group in October 2019 for personal reasons. But what really sets Stray Kids apart from other K-pop groups, beyond its members and iconic music, is their formation.
Contrary to the classic pattern where members are selected by producers, it was Bang Chan himself who chose, one by one, the artists who would form the group. It was a bold gamble, and one that clearly paid off. Right from the start, the group captured the public’s attention. Its first unofficial release, Mixtape, which launched in January 2018, acted as a prelude to the real debut on March 25 of the same year with the EP I Am Not. From there, it was one thing after another: hits like the unforgettable “God’s Menu”, more than 30 million albums sold worldwide… Stray Kids is establishing itself as a group that can’t be ignored, as much in music as in fashion.
Who are the members of Stray Kids?
Bang Chan
Bang Chan, from Sydney, Australia, is the leader and creative heart of Stray Kids. Even before their official debut, he had the mission and privilege of selecting the group’s other members. Trilingual (English, Korean, Japanese), he is a composer, singer, dancer and producer in the Stray Kids 3RACHA sub-unit. He embodies the archetype of the complete artist. His discreet yet assertive sense of style has won over not only fans, but also the house of Fendi of which he has been ambassador since January 2025.
Felix
He’s a real eye-catcher, both on stage and in the front row of the catwalk. Louis Vuitton was quick to spot him, making him an unexpected but powerful muse. His look oscillates between enchantment and gothic chic. But who is he really? Having grown up in Australia, he stayed there until 2017, when he passed a JYP audition. Then everything changed: as a trainee, he began learning Korean and took part in the Stray Kids show, where he was eliminated due to poor stage performance and lack of knowledge of the Korean language. In the end, he is drafted in for the final show of the series, and takes part in the group’s first EP.
